Launched creator partnership program with 40 micro-influencers (10K-100K followers). Content included haul-style try-on videos, closet cleanout challenges, styling tutorials, and viral #UrbanCartHaul challenge. Optimized TikTok Shop.
Campaign generated 2.3M organic views and 18M total impressions. TikTok became the #1 social traffic source. 24 creator videos surpassed 100K views each. TikTok Shop revenue reached $340K in Q1. Brand favorability up 28pp.
