Our Solution
Created complete brand identity ecosystem: sunrise-inspired logo, color palette from Indian spices and natural pigments, custom typography, photography style guide, and full applications including signage, packaging, uniforms, and digital. 200-page brand book.
The Results
First property achieved 94% occupancy in Q1 (30% above projections). Featured in Cond\u00e9 Nast Traveler and Travel + Leisure. Two additional franchise agreements signed. Brand valued at $4.2M in pre-opening valuation.
