Our Solution
Migrated to custom Shopify Plus with headless frontend. Redesigned the information architecture, implemented one-click checkout, AI product recommendations, real-time inventory sync, and rebuilt the mobile experience from scratch.
The Results
Page load time dropped from 6.2s to 1.1s. Conversion rate increased from 1.2% to 3.8%. Checkout abandonment fell to 52%. Average order value grew 22%. Mobile revenue increased 180% YoY.
