Executed comprehensive SEO turnaround: consolidated thin products into parent SKUs, implemented rel=next/prev and canonical tags, rebuilt faceted navigation with AJAX-based filtering, added Product/Organization schema, created category content strategy, optimized Core Web Vitals.
Organic traffic grew 180% in 4 months (42K to 118K monthly sessions). Revenue from organic search increased 215%. Product page indexation improved 340%. Load time from 5.4s to 1.8s. Core Web Vitals all passed.
